Art Hill
Forest Park, St. Louis, MO
Every service man and woman who has died in the War on Terror since September 11, 2001 will be remembered with an individual flag planted on Art Hill in St. Louis’ Forest Park. Each flag will be displayed chronologically and marked by a photograph and dog tag of the hero.
Flags honoring the first responders that lost their lives on 9/11 will surround the Grand Basin at the bottom of the hill. The victims of the 9/11 terror attacks will be memorialized on display boards surrounding the basin.
